It all started with a borrowed guitar, a bunch of blue plastic buckets, a red contrabass and three guys, who went on a tour to play on the streets of Germany without any preparation whatsoever. And as notes have the tendency to fly away, what was left were The Coins, who have been playing their provocative acoustic interpretations from Hendrix to Floyd over Peppers and Stones ever since. They also adapt songs of other projects (e.g. The Core (Fabix and Alex) and Richy Rose (Richy)?). It was only a matter of time for the three of them, by now living in Leipzig, to start playing in clubs all over the country. They present themselves as an acoustic-power-trio, if necessary even supported by electrified guitars. It remains to be seen if they will go in tour with John Butler 2018, however there is no doubt that they will appear in your city at some point.
